The Grundy County Housing Authority is a public housing authority established to serve the housing needs of low- and moderate-income residents in Grundy County, Illinois. Our mission is to provide fair, transparent, and effective housing assistance while building partnerships that strengthen our community. In addition to administering housing programs, GCHA actively collaborates with local organizations, businesses, and volunteers to support resident services, community engagement, and long-term housing stability.

The Grundy County Housing Authority (GCHA) works to expand access to safe, affordable housing opportunities for residents of Grundy County, Illinois. Through the administration of federal Housing Choice Voucher programs and partnerships with local governments, landlords, and nonprofit organizations, GCHA helps families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities secure stable housing.
